From your first questionnaire to launch day, you always know what happens next, what is due and what starts the clock.

How a project runs

From fit to launch.

  1. 01 · Fit and reservation

    Complete the project-fit questionnaire. If we are a good match, reserve your production slot with 30%.

  2. 02 · Questionnaire and assets

    Tell us about your business, then send your written content, images, logo and brand materials. We confirm they are usable.

  3. 03 · Creative direction

    We present your hero concept, storyboard, palette, typography and page plan. Your approval, and the 40% payment, start the delivery clock.

  4. 04 · Design and build

    We produce the film, then build and test the full site. You review it in consolidated rounds.

  5. 05 · Launch and care

    The final 30%, then launch, then technical care for 7, 14 or 30 days depending on your package.

The delivery clock

Your delivery time begins when:

  • Your reservation payment has cleared
  • You have accepted the service terms
  • Your project questionnaire is complete
  • All written content has been supplied
  • The required number of usable images has been supplied
  • Your logo and brand materials have been supplied
  • We have confirmed your assets are suitable
  • You have approved the initial creative direction

Delays in providing content, feedback, approvals or account access pause the delivery timeline.

You confirm that you have commercial permission to use every image, logo, testimonial and other asset you supply.
